only go into a reputable dealer ,, if they see that you want to spend money they will over charge you
you must haggle about the price ,, they expect you to ,,

if possible find someone who speaks english to help

the value of the ring is 3x more over here eg. if you bought a ring in turkey for £1000 and then took it to a pawn brokers to be valued it would be valued at £3000+ hope this helps xxx

buying white gold is not that logical
they are mostly 14 carats (which contains only 58% gold) and you pay at least at the cost of pure gold or more. First check the price of the pure gold (24K) and then you decide…

the prices for white gold are very good in Turkey. Be careful about the assay marks on gold sometimes they are mismarked or the karatage isn’t exact but that could happen to you anywhere. You should bargain for the best price.

yes buying all gold in Turkey is cheaper, The price of gold is always the same it is the labor that you are saving money on, Have you daughter check the price of gold in the newpaper and then figure the cost of the ring add a little bit in for labor and you have gotten yourself a great deal
