Can you invest in gold without actually buying physical gold? Can you buy a “stock” on the price of gold?

yes, it would be called gold index.

Yup, there are plenty of gold ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) out there, like. This is actually much better than buying physical gold, as most places that will try to sell you gold are ripoffs. David D
