IcyPolls.com asked: Im looking to invest in gold to diversify my liquid capital. I had a horrible experience with GoldLine They tried to charge me 2.5X the spot price of gold Anyway canceled my order and looked elsewhere.
Found this site onlyrarecoins.com and was wondering if this is a good price for american gold eagle coins

Chris asked: I own gold in an ETF but am looking at replacing it with the real thing. Where can I buy gold with the least amount of mark-up? What is a reasonable percentage to pay up for gold? Any trustworthy online sites?

Johnz_nyc asked: Another question is: Do you have any other tips for buying these coins? Is there a way to get ripped off? What is the typical price of these coins in relation to the price of gold? Should they be looked at as buillion investment or is there a better way to buy gold for investment purposes. Thanks for your help. John

Duke Nukem asked: So a friend of a friend, whom isn’t too bright, unknowingly made an oral agreement over the phone to buy some gold from Goldline. I’m questioning if this is a binding agreement since there was no exchange of money…(price paid for a promise). Can he get out of it? What happens if he refuses to pay? Can’t he claim he was duped into buying it?

Nacho-Nick asked: Im wondering why everyone is buying gold at the moment. There seem to be alot of adverts on TV for buying old jewelry. Is this whats known as a Gold rush? If so why does this happen now and then?
Also as a bonus question why is money no longer backed by gold / gold standard?
Thanks
