How do i connect to xbox live through a laptop and be able to get a gold accont?

Well, if its a pre-paid card, then it won’t work. It has to be a credit card that Xbox Live will accept. Which is generally Visa or Mastercard. Or you could be overlooking something while typing the information in… Is the card expired? Cory
