Of course, there are a number of games with "item shops" that allow you to purchase a few things in the game for use and appearances, but they don't allow for direct buying of money. Some, like Maple Story, are items for yourself. Some, like Pirate King Online, you can buy things that have regular prices on the market that were allowed to be sold.
