You're completely on your own when going down the gold buying path. You have no recourse if you get ripped off (and many people do). Play within the rules. I think you get much better game playing experience and you don't have to ever worry about getting your account banned (which REALLY sucks). There are some great WoW Gold Secrets guides available. They teach you how to get gold withing the game's TOS and can shave a lot of time off your learning curve by helping you avoid "rookie" mistakes.
