Why is it that everywhere i look I see companies buying gold?

Read the article on this site that talks about why gold is attractive now, due to the bloated spending of the federal government which results in paper currency having less value. There are a lot of links to other articles and recommended books to help understand why gold might be a very good investment right now. rasejunk@ameritech.net
